About the role
About
Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager – AI & Future of Work Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that are redefining how organizations operate, innovate, and scale through artificial intelligence and automation.
This is a high-visibility role for a proven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can take bold ideas around AI and workforce transformation and turn them into structured, measurable, and scalable programs across the enterprise.
You will partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, stand up governance frameworks, and drive complex, multi-workstream programs from concept through implementation and adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional AI and Future of Work programs from initiation through execution and stabilization
- Translate strategic priorities into structured program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
- Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision frameworks
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI and automation use cases
- Develop and manage business cases, financial models, budgets, and ROI tracking mechanisms
- Drive enterprise change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and workforce adoption strategies
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI standards
- Deliver executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or large-scale transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Strong command of program management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder management)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI or automation implementation (not just strategy)
- Background in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience developing financial models and tracking ROI for large initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and audit-ready documentation
Why This Role Stands Out
- Direct impact on enterprise strategy and the future of work
- High visibility with executive leadership
- Opportunity to shape how AI is responsibly and effectively deployed at scale
- Work at the forefront of innovation, automation, and workforce transformation
Who You Are
You’re not just a program manager—you’re a transformation leader. You bring structure to ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, and deliver results that materially improve how organizations operate.
You understand AI well enough to apply it strategically, but your real strength is driving execution, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
