Compensation
PG&E is committed to providing competitive compensation for our employees. The identified salary range for this position is based on geographic location and may vary depending on experience and qualifications:
Bay Area Salary Range:
- Minimum Base Salary: $129,000.00
- Mid Base Salary: $168,000.00
- Maximum Base Salary: $207,000.00
California Salary Range:
- Minimum Base Salary: $123,000.00
- Mid Base Salary: $160,000.00
- Maximum Base Salary: $197,000.00
Key Responsibilities
- Build Compliance & Regulatory Intelligence: Design and enhance Electric's framework for compliance and regulatory intelligence. Integrate various regulatory obligations and internal risk signals for a comprehensive view.
- Monitor Emerging Risks & Regulatory Trends: Utilize horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory demands. Apply advanced analytics to uncover early risk signals and communicate complex information concisely.
- Deliver Executive-Ready Insights: Create structured insider products like regulatory briefs and dashboards tailored for leadership. Present insights focused on key risks and decision-making aspects.
- Enable Governance & Leadership Decision Making: Support forums by highlighting priority risks. Use visual tools to provide quick data interpretation that aids leaders in recognizing trends and issues.
- Ensure Quality, Integrity & Credibility: Establish standards for creating trustworthy insights. Validate data accuracy and maintain transparency in analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in analyzing complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience implementing data into compliance and risk strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Certifications: CCEP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Professional Engineer (P.E.) are a plus.
