Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within the defense industry
- Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologies
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex defense programs
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and mitigation plans
Job Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned defense programs
- Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring performance metrics
- Manage program resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Identify and mitigate program risks to minimize impacts on objectives
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with business development teams to support program growth and proposal development
