Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
