Our client, a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to social upliftment, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead their community development initiatives in the Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA region. This vital on-site role involves the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of diverse community programs focused on education, skills development, and social empowerment. You will be responsible for managing program budgets, coordinating with local stakeholders and community leaders, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and M&E.
  • Strong understanding of community development strategies and social impact assessment.
  • Experience with grant writing and donor reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
