Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or charity sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing complex social programs.
- Strong understanding of program evaluation methodologies and impact measurement.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and grant writing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
