Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic community impact programs aligned with organizational mission.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
• Oversee and mentor a team of program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and donors.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to measure impact and inform future strategies.
• Write grant proposals and reports for foundations, government agencies, and other funding sources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing complex social programs.
• Strong understanding of program evaluation methodologies and impact measurement.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and grant writing.
