Responsibilities

• Defining program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinating cross-project activities and fostering effective collaboration among project teams.
• Identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues while implementing necessary mitigation strategies.
• Serving as the primary contact for program status by effectively communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Driving program reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to enhance program outcomes.
• Managing budgets and ensuring efficient resource use across assigned programs.
• Tracking and reporting program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance.
• Mentoring and guiding project managers and junior team members.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a hyper-scale data center environment.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring Range: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. Eligible for bonus and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan with company match, and generous paid time off policies.
