We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to spearhead the execution of global events and experiential marketing campaigns that drive significant business results for a diverse audience. In this role, you will oversee all facets of Indeed's global marquee events and key internal initiatives, from meticulous planning to on-site execution and post-event analysis. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, live, and hybrid events across various markets.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives. You will serve as the main point of contact for execution, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail across timelines, materials, and attendee experiences. This role emphasizes live and hybrid events, prioritizing quality and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple global events while ensuring high standards and consistency.
- Assist in developing event strategies, including timelines, logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Act as a primary liaison for cross-functional teams, offering expert guidance on event execution and best practices.
- Oversee event budgets with a strong focus on fiscal responsibility and cost effectiveness.
- Evaluate event performance through analytics and insights to drive future improvements.
- Manage event materials, lead capture processes, and documentation to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
- Utilize industry trends and audience insights to enhance the impact of events and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across the globe, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in diverse regions and time zones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3 years with a PhD.
- Proven track record in managing and executing high-impact global events or experiential initiatives.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, proactively solve problems, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure event success and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding attendee experiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position is as follows:
- Tier 1: $89,000 - $133,000 per year
- Tier 2: $98,000 - $148,000 per year
