About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Senior Program Manager to help enhance action management and operational excellence across executive priorities and key account initiatives. In this role, you'll track and report on vital executive actions and strategic priorities, promote the consistent use of project management frameworks, and empower leaders to efficiently drive high-priority initiatives.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will support strategic projects and oversee initiatives aligned with program objectives, goals, and KPIs, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and transparent reporting within a regulated federal setting.

This position is based in our Arlington, VA office.

Key Responsibilities

Action Tracking for Executives & Accounts

  • Manage centralized tracking of executive-level actions and decisions, ensuring timely completion and visibility.
  • Track progress and outcomes for initiatives aligned with key accounts.
  • Report regularly to senior leaders on action statuses and dependencies.
  • Maintain visibility on strategic priorities and KPIs across key initiatives.

Process Oversight

  • Ensure consistent adoption of project management frameworks across teams.
  • Provide coaching on process compliance while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Project & Portfolio Tracking

  • Monitor and report on projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track progress against defined milestones and success metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and status reports for executive leadership.

Support for Strategic Projects

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide operational support for high-priority initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources and drive timelines to remove blockers.

Agility & Critical Issue Response

  • Lead urgent projects as needed, managing unexpected issues effectively.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and serve as a flexible operator across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Foster collaboration across accounts to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to drive shared understanding and problem-solving.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, strategic program management, or operations in complex environments.
  • Previous Federal Contracting experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • US Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
