Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of global outreach programs and initiatives.
• Identify community needs and opportunities for intervention in areas such as education, health, and economic empowerment.
• Develop strategic program plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Secure funding by contributing to grant proposals and fundraising efforts.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of program activities and impact, ensuring accountability and learning.
• Prepare comprehensive program reports for donors, leadership, and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor program staff and project teams remotely.
• Represent the organization at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and international best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Non‑profit Management, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management within the non‑profit or humanitarian sector.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing large‑scale international development projects.
• Proven success in grant writing and fundraising.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
