Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) – Global Product Platform Launch (FutureLEAP)

In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the group-wide program for the market launch of a new, platform-based product generation (FutureLEAP).

The program is strategically clearly aligned, but currently characterized by differing priorities, complex dependencies, and a lack of consistency in its implementation. You will stabilize the existing setup, sharpen the target vision, and establish effective overall control that creates transparency, makes progress measurable, and accelerates decision-making.

A central component of your role is to identify and consistently address critical dependencies, structural obstacles, and conflicting goals early on – regardless of functions or areas of responsibility. This is not about treating symptoms, but about sustainably solving the root causes that hinder progress and collaboration today.

Your goal is a successful market launch that is technically convincing, industrially feasible, commercially viable, and ensures sustainable economic success.

The role is equipped with a clear mandate to set priorities across functions, demand decisions, and ensure their binding implementation.

You will drive coordination, initiate escalations when necessary, and create clarity in critical issues.

What You Can Achieve With Us

• Take Overall Responsibility: You will take over an already started, cross-functional program for the market launch of the new FutureLEAP product platform and develop it into effective, binding overall control. You will create transparency regarding status, risks, and dependencies, and ensure that decisions are made and measures are consistently implemented.
• End-to-End Control: You will coordinate and control all central program components across the entire value chain – from market positioning, target segments, and competitive transparency to go-to-market and international rollouts, pricing, marketing, sales enablement, product development, supply chain, service, digital offerings, and strategic product phase-out. Your goal is a consistently controlled product platform successfully anchored in the market.
• Synchronize Maturity Levels: You will ensure that technical, industrial, commercial, and economic prerequisites are met in parallel and align all functions towards a common goal.
• Create Governance: You will establish clear decision-making and control structures, lead program and steering committees, and ensure transparency, prioritization, and commitment across all functions.
• Resolve Blockages: You will identify conflicting goals early on, moderate differing interests, and escalate when necessary. You will create a robust commitment from all stakeholders.
• Strengthen Collaboration: You will foster cross-functional collaboration, critically question existing ways of working, and further develop the program as a blueprint for future strategic initiatives.
