Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Program Manager / Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. This role requires a self-starter who can operate effectively with limited direction, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is skilled at building program roadmaps, aligning stakeholders across multiple time zones, and presenting clearly to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
  • Develop clear program roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Operate independently in ambiguous environments, identifying gaps, defining next steps, and driving progress without waiting for direction.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Facilitate decision-making, track action items, and drive timely closure on open issues and dependencies.
  • Create polished executive presentations, status updates, and program communication materials.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and keep leadership informed of key developments.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving pricing, costing, and CPQ processes when applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a technology company.
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing programs with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Experience developing program roadmaps and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including creation of high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive actions, decisions, and issue resolution to closure in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pricing, costing, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
  • Background managing strategic or operational programs in a hybrid work environment.
  • Comfort working in highly ambiguous settings where priorities may evolve quickly.
