Responsibilities

• Program Management: You take responsibility for and manage complex SAP programs and large SAP projects.
• Leadership: As part of the management team, you advise the board of directors and drive improvements.
• Project Management: You confidently manage large-scale projects, near- and offshore projects, and cross-company projects and programs.
• Risk Management: You identify risks in critical projects early on and develop appropriate countermeasures.
• Digital Transformation: You lead preliminary studies, implementation, and rollout projects as part of the digital SAP transformation, focusing on business processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Profile

• Background: You have many years of in-depth practical experience in complex SAP implementation projects.
• Project Leadership: You have already successfully led complex SAP projects and programs and have safely continued or effectively resolved critical projects.
• Communication Talent: You communicate confidently in German and English, both internally and externally.
• Willingness to Travel: You enjoy discovering new places - project-related travel is therefore not a problem for you.
