Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Program Manager, Software Development to oversee complex software development initiatives. This is an on-site position located in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, CA, where you will be immersed in a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and managing cross-functional engineering teams.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale software programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This involves defining project scope, managing resources, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will play a crucial role in driving project success by fostering strong communication, resolving impediments, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. A proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, strong leadership skills, and a passion for technology are essential. You will work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and other key stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable development plans.
