Senior Program Manager – VA

Summary

The Senior Program Manager – VA serves as the senior program lead for VA-related initiatives, facilitating cybersecurity concerns, implementation schedules, Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), budget management, and overall program execution. This role provides leadership across major technology assignments and supports strategic planning to ensure program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

The Senior Program Manager applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, evaluates performance outcomes, and recommends significant changes that affect short-term project growth and success. This position functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise personnel where applicable.

Services to be performed include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as Senior Program Manager for VA program initiatives.
• Facilitate cybersecurity concerns and support program execution related to security initiatives.
• Manage implementation schedules and coordinate project timelines.
• Lead Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs) and provide program status updates.
• Support budget management and program resource planning activities.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments and high-impact initiatives.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting project growth and success.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Provide leadership and supervision to personnel where applicable.

Required Education and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing major technology or program assignments.
• Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact project areas.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives, program schedules, and budget management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate performance and implement strategic improvements.
• Experience supervising personnel or leading project teams preferred.
