YOUR ROLE

• Before project start: The leadership of the bid team before the project begins is just as much a part of your tasks as negotiating with the client.
• Coordinate large projects: You are responsible for the planning, execution, and control of large software development and integration projects.
• Take responsibility in work projects: Lead large project teams in complex work projects with demanding clients and actively monitor them.
• Manage critical situations: Analyze project-critical situations, identify suitable measures, and take over the turnaround management of projects in critical situations.
• Be the interface to the client: You are responsible for interface management with clients, i.e., building and maintaining partner-like client relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
• Share your knowledge: Support project managers through training and coaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Project management experience: You already have diverse, relevant experience (at least 10 years) in (multi-)project management and are familiar with the business of an IT service provider.
• Leadership of project teams: You have several years of experience in leading project teams with more than 25 employees and the necessary knowledge to motivate employees in all phases of a project.
• Problem recognition and solution: You have experience in the early detection of critical project situations combined with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Communication skills and foresight: Your confidence in communicating at the decision-making level and your foresight are just as characteristic of you as recognizing new business potential – you take the initiative and are ready to develop further growth with us.
• AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support clients and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English language skills.
