We’re looking for a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll own strategic partner relationships while overseeing the technical operations, performance optimization, and day-to-day management of integrations and traffic flows. This is a senior-level position for someone who brings both a commercial mindset and deep technical fluency, capable of leading partner conversations at a strategic level while still diving into the details when it counts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher and demand partner accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Lead endpoint integrations via OpenRTB across both supply and demand sides.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across ad servers, SSPs, and quality tools, proactively identifying issues, mismatches, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Validate supply/demand compatibility, manage delivery lines, and ensure funnel integrity at scale.
  • Conduct and oversee quality checks, including schain validation, app-ads.txt, and sellers.json verification.
  • Drive funnel analysis and lead initiatives to build new funnels or expand existing ones through supply/demand testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex delivery, latency, bidstream, and integration issues using logs, reporting tools, and platform diagnostics.
  • Analyze CPM-based performance trends with a focus on viewability, transparency, and quality KPIs.
  • Communicate with partners and represent Luna Media’s standards externally, while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Manage multiple platforms and partnerships simultaneously with a high degree of ownership and organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech or programmatic advertising (SSP, DSP, ad network, exchange, or GAM within an ad tech environment required).
  • Deep understanding of oRTB, bid requests, and the programmatic ecosystem, with in-app and CTV experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of schain, app-ads.txt, and sellers.json.
  • Proven ability to manage endpoint integrations on both supply and demand sides independently.
  • Strong commercial instincts paired with a quality control mindset, able to identify discrepancies, spot growth opportunities, and act on both.
  • Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with complex data sets, reporting, and formulas.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities across a dynamic portfolio.
  • Fluent English with polished communication skills, confident in both executive-level partner conversations and internal team coordination.
  • Strategic, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with Prebid, server-to-server integrations, or SDK mediation setups.
  • Hands-on CTV supply and demand experience.
  • Background in yield optimization and revenue strategy.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members in an ad tech environment.
