Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in defining and executing a cohesive digital strategy that drives innovation and growth across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, market trends, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives from conception through to delivery. Key responsibilities include developing programme roadmaps, managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Experience with various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall, is essential, as is a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation programmes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required. This role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. A minimum of 10 years of experience in programme or project management, with at least 5 years specifically in digital strategy or transformation roles, is required. A relevant Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
