Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• IT Software Degree or similar Degree OR other Qualifications related
• Minimum of 8 years working experience gained at Companies as a IT Software Engineer/ Developer
• Working experience using Progress Open Edge (OE11 or later)
• Working experience with OO (Object Oriented) Programming and web experience, APIs and rest calls
• SDLC Working Experience Is Essential
• Agile experience is beneficial
• Experience gained in training new junior Software developers that would be reporting to you
• The companies External Clients also could be National and International Clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary offered is dependent on years working experience gained relevant to this Vacancy and current Salary earned
• A Pension Fund of between 4% - 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable.
• The Company does not contribute to the Pension Fund at all.
