RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruitment firm who has teamed up with a growing, stable, and dynamic MEP Design Build Construction firm to assist them in hiring a Senior Project Accountant in undefined, undefined.

Responsibilities

  • Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements for more complex accounts.
  • Monitors budgets and commitments, processing subcontractor and vendor invoices, preparing drafts of owner invoices, and resolving issues.
  • Partners with the project manager and other team members to monitor overall job financial status.
  • Collaborates by preparing for and attending progress and division meetings.
  • Prepares monthly reports with current estimates and identifies risks or opportunities.
  • Prepares special analyses as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of Project Accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in construction preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to transfer knowledge to junior level staff
