Trinity Consultants Canada’s Water & Ecology team delivers environmental and scientific expertise for simple to complex projects across Canada. With local trust and global expertise, our team applies the highest standards of scientific excellence and technical precision to help industry and government including Indigenous groups secure or evaluate project permits and approvals to meet regulatory requirements with confidence, and achieve better environmental outcomes.

Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from baseline assessments and approvals through operations, offsetting, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on practical, science-based solutions. WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with Project Managers to create and track budgets and schedules
  • Conduct project audits, manage schedules, review invoices, and manage financial data
  • Support proposal development and finalize documents
  • Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of the project management cycle
  • Support project initiation and administrative maintenance of projects within third party and in-house software systems

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in project management, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to prepare and analyze project financial data and apply concepts of project cost management
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence are key attributes.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Effective and demonstrated communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, well organized, motivated, and self-managed.

Compensation: $35-$45 CAD per hour. The posted range reflects wages for a broad scope of experience, with starting pay determined based on education, qualifications, and experiences relevant to the role.
