Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Design and review plans, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various departments and foster strong communication among stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise in structural engineering.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proficient in Project Engineering, with experience in project planning and execution.
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates expertise in Structural Engineering, with a solid understanding of principles, systems, and codes.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality results within specified timelines.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software tools relevant to the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Structural/ Architectural/ Civil or relevant discipline); Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Previous experience in design of precast/ prestressed concrete is advantageous.
