The Service Line Market Strategy & Understanding (MSU) is one of Ipsos' global specializations, managing national and international market research studies in the fields of FMCG, Retail, Durables, and Services. The focus is on marketing questions related to the market, brand, and shopper.
The variety of projects ranges from fundamental studies, U&A projects, journey inquiries, and segmentations to strategic brand positioning studies.
Your Role
- You will support offer creation with operational aspects such as cost calculation and project planning.
- You will develop framework project plans and contribute to the survey concept.
- You will prepare the individual phases of projects and coordinate with the client on data, questionnaires, framework texts, and results reports and dashboards.
- You will document project phases and proactively manage all involved stakeholders, including cost management.
- You will create report charts and tables, as well as presentations and reports, and take responsibility for quality control of the results.
- You will ensure compliance with relevant standards (ADM, BVM, ISO) throughout the entire project process and be responsible for quality assurance of individual sub-products.
- You will communicate regularly with clients on project-related issues.
- You will be a pioneer for innovative solutions and work on initiatives to optimize process flows (e.g., AI, automation, platforms, etc.).
What You Bring
- You have a completed university degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Market Research, Social Sciences, Communication Sciences, or Psychology.
- You have experience in project management of market research studies.
- You have knowledge of data analysis methods.
- You are interested in topics such as market, brand, and shopper.
- You are characterized by a high quality awareness, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
- You have fluent German and very good English language skills.
- You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience working with AI solutions and data collection or reporting platforms is a plus.
