Lead Expeditor (m/f/d)

For our international pharma client we are looking for a Lead Expeditor (m/f/d).

Location: Visp or Stein (3 days per week on-site in Visp or Stein - 2 days home office) Workload: 100% Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities

As an Expeditor you will be responsible for :

• Ensuring the material / package reporting systems is up to date in the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for its allocated packages
• Ensuring that the On Time Delivery ( OTD) of expediting packages allocated to you are meeting the KPI targets set for the Department.
• Ensuring that all Supplier Monthly Progress reports (MPR) are received on Time and shared on time with Stake holders.
• Ensuring Timely notification to Suppliers for Delayed MPR;s
• Co-ordination with Third Parties for Expediting Interventions
• Share Weekly Expediting Intervention plans with Stakeholders.
• Support order Management in processing Expediting related Invoices
• MIS Reporting for the Department.

Requirements

• Languages: English -Fluent
• Relevant job experience of at least 3 years required
• Previous CAPEX experience is preferred
• Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Power Point.
• Good organizational skills with proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Requirement to work both in the office and construction Site
