Senior Project Manager

OXBO are partnered with a well-established European IPP within the renewable energy industry with a real project pipeline. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Germany.

You will manage all phases of BESS and PV projects from site establishment to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with top-quality standards. Your expertise will bridge communication between EPC contractors, project sponsors, utilities, and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of BESS/PV plants and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Monitor project progress, manage engineering revisions, and control budgets and cash flows.
• Coordinate with Utilities on grid connections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and proactively mitigate potential project risks.
• Prepare and issue periodic project reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
• 4+ years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Electrical licensing (related to Solar/BESS/HV substations) preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Germany; German (native)
