Senior Project Manager - $135-$165k + full benefits

About the Role

This well-respected Albany General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager. This company is growing and has a strong track record of employee retention. They work on a variety of projects including heavy civil, vertical construction, and water/wastewater treatment plants.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide job site direction for field teams across complex civil, utility, and energy sector projects.
• Set expectations, align crews and subcontractors, and maintain consistent field execution across multiple sites.
• Drive schedule discipline by coordinating manpower, equipment, site logistics, and production goals.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance across all project activities, reinforcing best practices and corrective actions when needed.
• Guide and mentor superintendents and foremen, promoting accountability, professional growth, and strong team cohesion.

Client Success

• Own the client relationship at the project level ensuring communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and commitments are met.
• Represent the company professionally during progress meetings, site walks, and all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110K to $145K depending on experience
