Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Development of a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and reliable project execution according to the agreed scope.
  • Stakeholder Management: Main point of contact for stakeholders, including relationship managers, competence centers such as Legal, Compliance, Investment Advisory, IT, as well as Senior Management. Fostering effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to manage expectations and functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identification of potential operational and project-related risks and issues that could impact project execution or operational business. Development of appropriate risk mitigation measures, active management of issues, and timely processing to minimize project interruptions and operational risks.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of the initiative based on milestones and deliverables. Regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key successes, risks, and issues.
  • Process Optimization: Analysis and optimization of existing processes to support LGT's strategic goals.

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. Relevant certifications in project management methods are a plus.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in project management within the financial services industry or a related field. Proven experience in managing projects of various sizes and complexities – from initiation to successful completion. Experience with agile methods and/or in process optimization projects is an advantage.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities. Demonstrable success in delivering projects on time within the defined scope and budget. High sense of responsibility for the quality of results, strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, perseverance, and consistency in pursuing project or initiative goals. Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Technical Skills: Confident use of project management tools and methods. Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA is an advantage. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience in Lean Management and/or agile methods is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
