Project Management Specialist 4 (Senior Project Manager)

Job Overview:

The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate certification activities for aircraft development and sustaining programs. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure alignment of priorities, efficient execution of deliverables, and successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment of program priorities across engineering teams
• Coordinate with Engineering Unit Members (E-UMs) to manage scope and resolve constraints
• Track performance against weekly commitments and project milestones
• Maintain clear communication to address risks, issues, and course corrections
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall program execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 8+ years)
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in aerospace, engineering programs, or certification activities preferred
