Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager who brings confidence, clarity, and execution excellence to complex initiatives. This role is well‑suited for a delivery leader with deep experience across both Agile and waterfall methodologies, who thrives in fast‑moving, highly visible environments.
You’ll own projects from concept through delivery—shaping plans, aligning stakeholders, navigating risk, and driving teams toward meaningful results. The ideal candidate is proactive, decisive, and accountable, with a strong ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑team initiatives from planning through execution
- Develop clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
- Drive execution by coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while resolving cross‑organizational obstacles
- Lead work in an Agile delivery environment, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner closely with product owners, technical leads, and development teams to prioritize and execute work
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, track work items, and monitor delivery metrics
- Serve as the central point of communication for stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions
- Mentor and guide team members to support strong delivery practices and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs
- At least 5 years in Agile delivery
- At least 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale, multi‑team initiatives
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking
- Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP certification required
- Scrum Master certification required (CSM or SAFe SM)
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or digital delivery teams
Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $70.00 and $80.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
