Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and pipeline construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field OR strong civil/pipeline construction experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the wet utilities pipeline construction industry.
• Proven experience in underground pipeline construction and civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Large diameter pipeline construction experience (24" and up).
• Willingness to work FT onsite in Denton, TX or Texarkana, AR locations (relocation assistance provided).
