Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams
• Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management
• Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services
• Take ownership for proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service
• Track and manage key performance metrics, including: Uptime Rate, Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, Delivery Rate
• Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech-driven environment
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum)
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements
• Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence
• Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms
• Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments
