Senior Project Manager Manufacturing IT (MES / ERP) – Hands‑on | 80–100%

About

An international industrial company in a regulated environment is currently strengthening its Operations IT and is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to drive digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain.

This is not a coordination role.

This role is about execution, ownership and delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects in manufacturing and supply chain
• Drive implementation of data-driven production and logistics processes
• Work hands-on on system integrations (ERP, MES, WMS, QMS)
• Manage cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, production and supply chain
• Handle multiple project streams in parallel
• Ensure delivery in terms of timeline, budget and quality
• Actively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders
• Support international rollouts and system implementations
• Ensure compliance in a regulated environment

Your profile

• Strong experience in digital transformation projects within manufacturing / supply chain
• Hands-on mindset – you go beyond coordination and actively drive execution
• Solid understanding of manufacturing IT systems (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS)
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences or similar) is a plus
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Fluent German, good English
