Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 3 years experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in Automotive/ Mechatronic industry will be an asset.
• Leadership and ability to lead international project teams.
• Common Sense & problem solving skills (8D, QRQC)
• Work under pressure, Conflict resolution and excellent Communication skills are required.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Languages: Fluency in oral and written English & French are required.
• Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….)

Responsibilities

• Lead programs in the project lifecycle
• Introduction of new product variants according to customer requirements.
• Lead Multi-cultural project teams and technical experts.
• Product Engineering Change Management.
• Lead Customer meetings.
• Creation of project schedules in compliance with customer milestones.
• Projects Budget planning and controlling.
• Lead product cost reduction workshops VA/VE.
• Coordinate troubleshooting related to product, process issues and customer complaints.
• Lead production capacity extension investments to align with customer forecast.
• Support Production relocation activities (Internal & Suppliers)
• Regular project reporting to management.
• Evaluation of completed projects (Lessons Learned).
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops
