Key Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle project management including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Drive project budgets, margins, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Lead coordination efforts across clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Proactively identify and resolve risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Provide executive-level reporting, project updates, and stakeholder communication
• Champion safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within construction, industrial, or related industries
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience with material handling systems, warehouse automation, robotics, or conveyor systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
