Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £50m RC Frame residential development in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a clear pathway to Contract Manager level.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Lead site teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure best practice is maintained
• Monitor progress, budgets, and risk, implementing solutions where required
• Drive programme and performance to meet key milestones

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on RC Frame residential projects
• Track record of delivering projects valued at £30m+
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent)
