About the role
Position Overview
Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects including renovations (both minor and major) and facility infrastructure upgrades.
Essential Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- LEED AP certification preferred
Experience
- 7-10 years project management experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing high-volume projects $50k-$2M+ in value
- Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure such as HVAC, security systems, IT rooms, ATMs, vaults, etc.
- Experience with building systems such as HVAC and Building monitoring, Fire Protection and monitoring, etc.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (ADA, National Codes, FED regulations on banking institutions)
- Experience with local authorities having jurisdiction including zoning authorities
Technical Competencies
Project Management
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (MS Project)
- Budget management and cost control expertise
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Change order management and scope control
- Quality assurance and safety management protocols
Financial Services Sector Knowledge
- Understanding of banking operational workflows
- Knowledge of security requirements (cameras, alarms, vault systems)
- Familiarity with ADA compliance in financial facilities
- Experience with technology infrastructure (ATMs, teller systems, network requirements)
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Document control and contract administration
- Permit and regulatory approval processes
- Ability to learn new software quickly and integrate it fully in your day to day tasks

This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate the unique challenges of financial services construction while delivering exceptional results for institutional clients.

Compensation
Estimated compensation for this position:
120,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
