Our client, a leading construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Construction for demanding projects in Innsbruck, Tyrol, AT. In this key position, you will be responsible for the successful planning, control, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Detailed project planning, creation of schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensuring adherence to project plans
• Leading and motivating project teams
• Coordinating all parties involved in the construction process (architects, engineers, subcontractors, authorities)
• Monitoring construction progress
• Identifying and resolving potential risks and problems
• Ensuring the highest quality standards and safety regulations
• Contract management and budget control

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a project manager in construction, ideally with a focus on larger or complex construction projects
• Sound knowledge of project management methods, construction law, and contract management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving ability, decisiveness, and the ability to work effectively under time pressure
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, and teamwork
• Very good German language skills are essential
