Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for complex, multi-year programs in public administration, critical infrastructures, and regulated industries. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable programs, structure projects precisely, and ensure that projects are implemented effectively, controllably, and sustainably. You will combine management consulting with excellent program management and take responsibility for results in highly dynamic, politically sensitive contexts.

• End-to-End Program Responsibility: You will manage transformation and digitalization programs throughout their entire lifecycle, from strategic alignment and setup to governance and successful realization.
• Strategic Implementation: You will translate strategic visions into clear program architectures, roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
• Multi-Stakeholder Management: You will confidently and purposefully lead heterogeneous stakeholder landscapes, including clients, business units, IT, implementation partners, and external service providers.
• Program Governance & Transparency: You will reliably establish robust control mechanisms, risk and dependency management, and transparent reporting structures.
• Complexity Management: You will keep an eye on dependencies, regulatory frameworks, and political sensitivities, keeping programs on track even under challenging conditions.
• Business Development: You will actively contribute to the expansion of strategic customer relationships and support the development of complex consulting offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years of leading complex transformation or digitalization programs in the Connected or Public Sector or in infrastructural environments.
• Program Responsibility: Proven management of programs with multiple project streams, significant budgets, and demanding governance.
• Management Competence: Confident consulting of executives and program sponsors at the top management level.
• Structuring & Management Competence: Excellent skills in organizing, prioritizing, and successfully implementing complex programs.
• Methodological Strength: Sound knowledge of classic, hybrid, and agile project and program management methods.
• Results Orientation: Clear focus on impact, budget, and adherence to deadlines, as well as responsible action.
• Network: Robust market and stakeholder networking in the Connected Industries or Public Sector environment.
• Business Development: Experience in developing complex consulting offerings and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: Perspective for taking on further professional or personnel responsibility.
• Language Skills: Very good German (C2) and good English (C1), both fluent in speaking and writing.
• Mobility: High willingness to travel within Germany and to neighboring countries.
