Senior Project Manager – CRM Implementation

We're headhunting a seasoned Senior PM for an immediate-start contract with a leading South African insurance and assurance organisation.

This is a high-impact delivery role — you'll own the end-to-end implementation of a business-critical CRM platform in a regulated financial services environment.

What the role involves:

• Full project lifecycle ownership — from scoping through UAT to go-live
• Stakeholder management across business, IT, and vendor teams
• Governance, risk, steering committee reporting & change control
• Data migration oversight and adoption planning

You're the right fit if you have:

• 7+ years PM experience with at least 2 full CRM implementations (Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar)
• Insurance or financial services sector experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and report at C-suite level
• Strong understanding of data migration, systems integration & UAT

Bonus points for:

• Workmen's compensation / occupational health insurance background
• Familiarity with FSCA, POPIA, TCF frameworks
