Senior Project Manager - Delivery

About the Role

As a Consulting Project Manager at Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), your role is to enable both Microsoft and Customer outcomes through orchestration of delivery teams. You will govern either a single engagement or a portfolio of projects, playing a key role in the delivery lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Governing the delivery lifecycle to remove barriers and ensure successful outcomes
• Managing a successful engagement, maintaining portfolio health, and leading a team of delivery professionals
• Orchestrating multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Managing executive stakeholders, cross‑functional delivery teams, and partners
• Leading financial governance, forecasting, and commercial management
• Managing risks related to Data readiness, quality, Model governance, and ethical AI considerations
• Translating requirements and AI capabilities into business outcomes aligned with Customer strategy
• Delivering AI‑enabled, data‑driven, or advanced analytics programs on cloud platforms
• Supporting or leading AI‑related pre‑sales activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects or programs
• Strong background in project/program management and consulting engagements
• Experience in financial governance, forecasting, and commercial management
• Expertise in risk, issue, and change management
• Ability to translate requirements and AI capabilities into business outcomes
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI‑enabled, data‑driven, or advanced analytics programs
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data platforms, and analytics pipelines
• Expertise in managing AI solution delivery on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft technologies
• Commitment to continuous learning in AI, data, and emerging technologies

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• A graduate with 12+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Domain expertise in FSI, Manufacturing, Automobile, Healthcare, Cloud Native
• 4+ years financial management experience
• Agile certification
