  • You structure requirements together with specialist departments, develop viable concepts, and shape initial ideas into concrete project assignments.
  • Together with partners from the canton, municipalities, federal government, and private sector, you design future-proof IT solution architectures and align them with long-term goals.
  • You lead interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization and manage your projects according to HERMES, supplemented by agile methods where appropriate.
  • When it matters, you go in-depth, structure complex issues, and drive projects operationally.

  • You bring solid IT understanding and are familiar with interfaces, databases, and integration architectures.
  • You hold a university degree (Master’s) in computer science, business, management, or a comparable field.
  • Project management certifications such as HERMES, IPMA, Scrum, or SAFe are an advantage, or you are willing to pursue further training accordingly.

  • You have very good German skills and present yourself convincingly and confidently.
  • You navigate confidently between different stakeholders, make well-founded decisions, and bring entrepreneurial thinking as well as the necessary perseverance to successfully advance complex initiatives.

Our offer

  • Projects with high visibility and a sustainable contribution to the digital transformation of the administration.
  • A motivated team that offers scope for creativity and values initiative.
  • Attractive employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines.
