Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of holistic campaign-based target group activation concepts
- Target group-specific customer journey conception as well as touchpoint control and evaluation for a best-in-class customer experience and increase in customer experience
- Strategic further development and international roll-out of Lidl Plus activation and personalization concepts in cooperation with our app development team and country organizations
- Conception of needs- and campaign-based communication (e-mail, push, etc.) based on purchasing behavior, preferences and key figures
- Analysis and evaluation of target group activations, including derivation of insights and recommendations for action
- Management of cross-functional international teams within the matrix organization, e.g. Marketing, Brand, Purchasing, and contact person for stakeholders, countries and top management
Your Profile
- Several years of sound professional experience in the field of Digital Activation/ Customer Relationship Management / App / E-mail Marketing, digital campaign management, preferably in the retail, food, e-commerce or consumer goods environment
- Proven track record in the professional management of complex target group projects/campaigns, both conceptually and in implementation and success measurement
- Sound, professional project and stakeholder management skills in a demanding and dynamic environment
- Strategic mindset with pronounced expertise in data analysis, reporting and the evaluation of complex key figures
- High resilience and a "doer mentality"
