About the role
Must-Haves: 8+ years in large-scale migration/transformation programs | Gantt, RAID, executive reporting expertise | Matrix leadership in regulated or complex environments | PMP/SAFe preferred • Large-Scale Rollout Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of a digital experience migration for 17,000 clients across multiple waves, owning the roadmap, sequencing, readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, and standardized migration playbooks from initiation through completion. • Business-Led, Tech-Fluent Leadership: Operate as a business PM who can credibly challenge, influence, and engage IT counterparts, understanding technical constraints and dependencies well enough to drive alignment without being purely IT-focused. • Execution & Cross-Functional Governance: Lead a newly formed migration team while managing dependencies across Technology, Operations, Claims, Client Experience, Communications, and Vendors, running governance forums with clear escalation paths and decision accountability. • Planning & Risk Management Rigor: Maintain integrated Gantt plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers, with proactive mitigation strategies and concise executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and impacts. • Stakeholder & Change Alignment: Serve as the primary coordination point for internal and external partners, aligning migration timing with change management, communications, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption. • Compliance, Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all migrations meet quality, security, accessibility, and compliance standards, mitigating client experience risks and driving lessons-learned reviews to continuously improve execution across waves.
