Key Responsibilities

• Lead education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Guide and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Actively maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing projects for a General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering education construction projects successfully.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
