Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing business requirements to support project objectives.
  • Defining project scope, planning resources, and dividing tasks.
  • Managing project delivery and change management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress, risks, issues, and quality, and reporting transparently.
  • Closing projects, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring smooth handover.
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating project teams.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication.
  • Sharing knowledge, collaborating and improving project management practices.

Qualifications

What you bring as a future colleague

You have strong communication skills, a professional and entrepreneurial attitude, and know how to motivate others. You take ownership, can work under pressure, and are results oriented.

In addition, you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food and/or process industry.
  • Experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Familiarity with Stage Gate project management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of validation principles (VMP, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT, PQ).
  • An IPMA or PMI certification (is a plus).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to be present at least 4 days per week at our seed processing site and to travel occasionally (inter)nationally.
