Senior Project Manager – Engineering Industry

Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager (PM) in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams through all project stages (1-6)

• Manage mixed-use, residential, office, hotel, and student residential projects

• Oversee projects ranging from R50m to R500m

• Report to the B+A Director while working independently

• Coordinate office-based and site work as required

Requirements:

• Approximately 10 years of experience as a Project Manager

• Experience with mixed-use (residential/office) or hotel projects; student residential experience is favorable

• Ability to lead a project team through all project stages (1-6)

• Professionally registered or in the process of registering

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Willingness to relocate or be based in Cape Town with site work as required

Benefits:

• Salary: R900k-R1,1M CTC per month, depending on experience
