Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Solutions) - Remote

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Enterprise Solutions to join their fully remote team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solutions and IT projects. Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects within defined timelines and budgets. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to effectively manage remote teams and foster collaboration. Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including technical and business audiences. A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
