Senior Project Manager

Hawksworth have an exciting opportunity for a Contract (6 months initial term) ‘Senior Project Manager’ in France (Wasquehal). 5 days per week offering a maximum of €650 per day. This role is for a Senior PM for Business Change, working 5 days per week, x3 days remote, x2 days from site (Wasquehal).

As the successful Project Manager, you will Lead the implementation of segregation of duties, location strategy and support technology implementation opportunities for the client in France. For this assignment as well as the Project Manager expertise and experience, you will need to be fluent in France & English and have Insurance and ideally Broking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of projects agreed with the business teams
• Identify and mitigate / solve risks or problems that come up during project execution
• Regularly update leadership and teams on progress and challenges
• Coordinate strong communication with Claims CoE workstream governance to drive change
• Build strong relationships with Business and BCS stakeholders
• Manage resources and resolve conflicts to keep projects moving at pace
• Lead cross-functional teams to work well together and solve complex issues
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial responsibility
