Senior Project Manager – Grants Management System

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide implementation of a grants management system in a highly regulated pharma/healthcare environment, partnering with IT, business, and vendors
• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, milestones, risk (RAID) tracking, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
• Drive business requirements validation and ensure accurate translation into system design, integrations (especially grants-to-SAP ERP data flows), and final delivery
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders globally (US, India, UK) and support enterprise change management, communication, and user adoption strategies
• Oversee system integration, data governance, financial reporting, compliance controls, and post go-live stabilization
