Senior Project Manager – Healthcare, K-12, Mission Critical - Commercial Construction

A nationally recognized Top 10 General Contractor in the Carolina's is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects across Healthcare, Industrial, K-12, Commercial & Mission Critical sectors.

This is a leadership role with a well-established builder known for delivering large-scale projects and investing heavily in its people and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project performance
• Oversee subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and procurement
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
• Drive cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to executive leadership
• Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Background in large scale Healthcare, Industrial, K-12 or Mission Critical projects
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects ($20M–$100M+)
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction operations
• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills

Preferred

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Construction Management or Engineering degree
